Dr. Kashif Khan is a cardiovascular researcher and innovator with 12+ years in research and 22 peer-reviewed publications. He also has spent that past 7 years building startups and has personally raised more than 1.5 million in dilutive and non-dilutive funding. Passionate about cardiovascular innovation, he is the CEO and Co-founder of Sonaro, a health technology company creating 3D representations of complex vascular diseases for a more timely and accurate diagnosis and reducing the risk for cardiovascular events. With expertise in artificial intelligence, he has also helped to build a ethical AI governance framework at McGill University. Finally, as a current resident in Internal Medicine at McGill University, he is passionate about combining his clinical knowledge and startup experience to bring new innovations to market.
